Genesis is one of my favorites, as you can probably tell by the number of their concerts I have up. I just missed seeing Peter Gabriel with the band, catching them for the first time in 1977 at Winterland for the "Wind and Wuthering" tour that came out as the live "Seconds Out" album. This show in 1980 was special for me because I sat floor center in the best seats to be able to see everything and still be close. BTW, the smoke in the photo below smelled like roses. Kj

The Greek Theatre was the coolest place in the Bay Area to see a concert. From the top of the lawn area you could see all the way to San Francisco while you were watching the show. The light show for this concert was special, especially as the "curtain" of white spotlights across the front top of the stage pivoted up to track up the hill to the top and then back down again.
